The design idea is to build a home in a modern contemporary motif and soon to be built in Barangay Polangi, Taft Rd., Eastern Samar, Philippines

The ground floor vertical structure has an approximate of 40 square meters in area consisting of living area, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, powder room, laundry area, porch and also car garage for 2.
​
The second floor is also 40 square meters in area with two bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with its own toilet and bath.

The aerial view of the house is like an L-shape which the longest side of the house fronting the morning sun perfect for the large design windows.
